Our standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), the internationally recognized benchmark for accessible web content. Our efforts include:

Known limitations

This site is a work in progress. Some third-party embeds (such as Calendly booking widgets) are maintained by external providers and may not meet all WCAG criteria. We flag these as we find them.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter a barrier or have a suggestion, please email us at dom@stradalocal.com. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, the page URL. We will respond within 5 business days and aim to resolve reported issues promptly.

We genuinely want to hear about problems. Every report helps us improve the site for everyone.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or your regional ADA center for guidance on your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
